Annotated Bibliography for Genetic Counseling Students

چکیده
This article is a great up to date review of the current knowledge of genetics of Alzheimer's disease and FTD. It provides a brief description of the biology of each disease and includes discusions of genetic associations for familial cases versus sporadic cases. It also discusses the currently known molecular mechanisms for each disease and provides clear explanations of proposed gene mechanisms.
